Posh! Nail Spa @TTDI

My nails needed some major treatment. My cuticles were dry and my toenails and cracked heels were just too... uhmm (too embarassed to say! *wink*). This definitely called for a manicure and pedicure session at the nearest nail spa. No need Bangsar, no need One Utama or The Curve though these places are near too, Im thankful to live in an area where awesome nail spas are just around the corner!

I chose to get my treatment at Posh! Nail Spa in TTDI, in the morning at 11am and on a weekday. Weeehoooo. Why weekday? Because  I quit my job, that's why. We'll story that in another post? :) Anyway, this was my second trip to Posh! because the last time I was here, which was about a year ago, I had a great service and my nails were well done.

I was greeted by a sweet lady who smiled and opened the door for me. AAhhhh..what a great way to start your morning, isn't it? Really people, a smile makes a big difference to someone's day!

I love the entrance! It's like a mini 'maze' that people have to go through to get to the couch!

Tadaaaaaaa!

Now now...I wish my room is like this, a mani pedi couch and sink, nail polish all stacked up! I like the interior of Posh! It's simple but the maroonish-red-super-comfy couch and the mirror and lights on the walls really signify the cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

I want a huge photo of myself like that in my room. Really. Im vain.

All sorts of colours, brands and types! You'll be amazed by their collection! Even the latest ones in town! :)
Enough of observing the place, now let's get started!

I took the Indulgence Combo which was at a promotion price, RM 98 instead of RM128. The manicurist started the service by soaking my feet into warm water as usual and after that she did whatever necessary and later proceeded to do my hands.

The Indulgence Combo includes trim, shape, cuticle care, buff, foot file, exfoliating scrub, soothing lotion, light massage and polish of your choice. The friendly manicurist really did an amazing job because my nails didn't bleed! I guess she knew my nails were really awful and tried to save it, and so she did my nails carefully and gently. Yay! I've been to other nail spas where they did my nails roughly and it bled all the way, and some even almost broke my nails by buffing too hard :( Crazy!

I definitely enjoyed the scrub and light massage for both hands and feet. It was really relaxing and I almost fell asleep! I think she applied stawberry lotion! LOVE IT. YUMMY!

The final step, colouring the nails. Of course, at every mani-pedi session, I had a hard time choosing which colours, but since I was in a cheerful mood, I opted for shiny glittery hot pink!

I totally love the colour! What do you think? I never checked the colour code :( So if you want the exact same colour, just show these pics to them.

Overall, the service at Posh! Nail Spa in TTDI was excellent; friendly boss, Sereen Ng and her wonderful manicurists, gentle and professional service!

Promotion price!

I recommend Posh! Nail Spa to all of you out there and Im definitely coming back!

  1. Love the name of this salon and the variety of colors! This could just be me but I like when I'm getting a pedi that my chair massages me. It's an adorable place and your nails are cute. Anything that's pink and shimmering is a Yes for me.

  4. Oooh, btw if you live in TTDI, there's a nearby nail parlour called FASCINO.
It's on top of Jasema mamak shop! :)
I absolutely love the service and the color selection.
They weren't too rough with the buffing too, but made my nails end up really shiny!
Should give it a try :D

Review: L'erbolario Eye Cream

Hi everyone! It's been awhile since the last I did review on beauty products. I've always had problems with my underye. It's always dry, and when I put on concealer to cover the dark circles and eyebags, it will get flaky at the end of the day. I tried countless of eye treatment products but still no changes. I asked a makeup expert if it's the way I put on concealer that it's not right or what? She said it's my super dry undereyes. Even when she touched my undereye, she said she could feel that it's really dry. So one day, I stumbled upon a cosmetic store from Italy called L'erbolario in One Utama. I was told that this brand has been in Malaysia many years ago but their first outlet is in Bangsar Village and OU is the latest branch. Got consulted by the sales assistant there, and she gave me some eye cream samples to try out for 2 weeks to see if it worked for me. It's amazing how the people here don't try to sell you things, so they give you ...

Koji Dolly Wink Workshop with Bloggers

Salam and hello everyone! Sorry I know I've been missing for awhile..was pretty busy with sister's wedding events, family gatherings, etc. But hey I'm back and I want to share with you this super kawaiii beauty workshop with bloggers which I attended earlier this month. Thanks so much to The Butterfly Project for extending the invitation to me! If you're familiar with asian makeup brands, I'm sure you have heard of Koji that produced Dolly Wink! Yes, that brand that only focuses to 'wow' our eyes! The workshop was conducted in a private area at Little Pantry in IOI Mall. My first impression when I stepped into the workshop "Omg. I want to wake up every morning with my room looking like this and all these kawaii makeup around me!!!" . Everything was colourful and girly, which I love! I'm a sucker for cute packaging so let's see some pics. Here's a brief story on Koji. Koji is one of Japan's leading makeup brand, fam...
